Warga Desak Polisi Tangkap Bupati Basyrah Lubis

Hari ulang tahun keempat Kabupaten Padang Lawas, Sumut, kemarin, diwarnai unjuk rasa warga. Pengunjuk rasa menuntut Bupati Padang Lawas, Basyrah Lubis, ditangkap lantaran dituding menyelewengkan dana APBD 2009 sebesar Rp 6,7 miliar.
